I received a refi offer through the mail but am skeptical due to the amount of reviews that state they cannot help those who received these offers.Credit scores have ALWAYS been a scam. If you pay your bills, should have good credit. If you use your credit card for anything, you are dinged regardless if its below the 30% banks like to see. Anyone who obtains business through this mail offer is paying for those mailers. Still on the fence about replying.
