Recently received very poor customer service from this dealership. Having spent a good sum of money on a full service, brake fluid change and full disc's and pads around the car, it then developed a fault which having owned from new and with low mileage was too much of coincidence for my liking. The staff showed a lack of knowledge and understanding and certainly not value for money against other franchised Ford dealers for a quoted repair. I will not be using them again and certainly would not recommend them...
