Droped my 6-series off this morning. Can't say that the chaos at the drop-off instills alot of confidence. No smiles, no "good morning, how are you" and worst of all bickering among the various team members. Rather anxious to see how the day goes...

UPDATE: Dylan (my service advisor) delivered good communication throughout the day. Patric (GM Aftersales) also took the time to chat to me when I picked up my car. Happy to review my rating and give them the benefit of the doubt that today's incident was the exception, not the norm.

UPDATE 2: Today on the motor way my car experienced a drivetrain malfunction and went into limp mode. I made it to Auckland City BMW and was able to see Dylan, my service advisor after a short wait. The car was booked in and Dylan asked me to have a seat while he arranged transport for me to go pick up a rental car. I did this, and when he came back he gave me a friendly smile and handed me a BMW ginger cookie. This little gesture managed to put a smile on my face after a rather challenging morning. My thanks to Dylan for this gesture of kindness, and also to the dealership for transporting me to Hertz. Much appreciated.
