I recently closed my account due to poor customer services and product knowledge. I've had ADT for the past 5 years on a phone line, very cheap monitoring rate for sure but heard about a more safe and secure way (GSM) to protect my home and was looking to upgrade my system but they take forever when it comes to talking with one of their reps. Highly don't recommend ADT as their customer service is terrible and you have to wait on the phone line for over an hour each time you call in. Looking for a new company to use and secure my home.
