This company is a joke, with fake reviews trying to boost their rating, stay far away from this company. The rates increase every single year, and the service is far from acceptable. From twisting your words to lying on the phone and trying to claim they were not lying when you call them out, all aspects of this business scream shop elsewhere. They do not accept freak of nature claims at all and you ll be pulling your hair out wishing you insured your home with another business. Telling me to take things up with the manufacture as it s their problem and not the insurance companies problem from something installed 29 years ago. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND KEEP SHOPPING, don t find these reviews when you finally need this company to do something for you, THEY WONT!!!
