Is it possible to "wax poetic" about a realtor? A few months ago I would have answered with an unqualified NO. Then Melanie and I had the good fortune to pick Terrence, Alexis and the rest of the TM5 team to help us both sell and buy a house. They listened, they helped, they were honest, they were competent. In sum, they are real people who care sincerely about their clients. They jump every hurdle, ford every stream, dissolve every problem.
