Not sure about any negative reviews here as my personal experience was really good. Exceptional quality and service from repair representative Bill, and manager Jeff. All communication was clear and caring, and BMW Santa Monica simply exceeding my expectations on all levels. In fact all personnel from the loaner car person, Crystal to the call operator Suza to even the guy who washed my car- they were all so friendly and attentive. Most importantly, my car was fixed right and on time with no surprises- very satisfied with Santa Monica BMW and highly recommend them!
