I had just started looking for a car and stopped in late on Saturday. Rick greeted my husband and I and let us look around. He wasn't pushy at all and just let us take our time. We ended up looking at another dealership that was open Sunday but just didn't get good feelings from them and decided to take another look at the vehicle at Big O. I found what I liked and Rick was extremely patient with us and very helpful. He never pushed anything and acted like the typical car salesman that I was worried about dealing with. He made this the easiest purchase. Thank you to him and the team at Big O. The staff is professional and their dealership is clean and welcoming. We look forward to working with them again.
