Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a 2019 Volvo from Kings Used Toyota and upon purchase, was told that I had the highest warranty available to cover whatever was needed; including engine, tire/wheel, GAP, sunroof and etc. Everything but consumer replacements, such as brake pads and such. Within 3.5 weeks of having the car, my sunroof broke (which I realized at that time that someone had rigged it as a temporary fix instead of actually fixing it) and now no one wants to be accountable. To explain such:
1. Toyota Corporate said that I needed a higher warranty than what was given (when they sold me the car, they said it was the top of the line) and I would have to contact the service department from where I purchased the vehicle. So I did just that.
2. The service manager said I need to get permission from the sales manager to approve this fix.
3. I have called many many times only to leave my name/number to multiple salesmen over 4 weeks time (saying they would have a manager contact me) and have not received a single call or text back from anyone there.
4. The last 2 weeks, I have asked for no one but a sales manager and refused to keep giving my name and number, only to have dead end results- I was FINALLY able to talk to Chris on Monday 10/4/21 and he said he would get have an answer for my by Tuesday late morning and call me back.
5. Tuesday- never received a word from anyone per the usual. I called many times to the dealership and no one answered. Wednesday- Called to talk to Chris and he was out of the office yesterday. Thursday- called 4x during different times of the day and no one answers- hence this Google review and anywhere else I am soon to leave one.

I have called and left a review with Toyota Corporate Brand Engagement (so yes, the dealership will be hearing from Corporate soon), as Kings Toyota was so very easy to answer any questions I had after purchase of the vehicle or answer anything that didn't "hinder them". And when I need to converse with them with a problem they know they're ignoring and choosing not to address, then they ghost you. I will send pictures of this sunroof of the temporary fix they created and knowingly chose not to fix/ ignoring me now. I purchased a warranty for exactly these reasons and everyone wants to point the finger at someone else so they aren't held accountable.
