Thank you for the excellent customer service that I received yesterday (St. Patrick's day) at Sunday River. I had a bad ski tune up from a local shop and asked Sunday River's tune-up shop if they could help me out. It was an epic ski day - so missing out on the fresh new snow would have been "criminal". The tune-up shop was able to fix my skis in 30 minutes! How great is that. Thank you Brendon and ?? So, I waited in their ski shop and looked at demos. And the shop gave me a pair of demos to try out while I waited. Special kudos to the team at Sunday River tune-up and ski shop.They had one objective and that was to have a happy customer.
