I wouldn't recommend this photographer. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. As a fellow business owner, integrity and doing right by your client are staples of a good business. This photographer took our money, never performed an engagement shoot or the wedding and refused to issue a refund due to out wedding being canceled during a global pandemic. They are forcing us to go through small claims court to seek a refund after having an interest free loan on our money for over a year. This company has caused financial as well as emotional strain for my family and I. My hope is so save the next person from trusting them with their business, or better yet for A Thousand Words Photography to learn from this mistake and never puts another client though this.
