Just joined. The facilities are nice, but not into the customer service. I wish they wouldn't be so condescending to me, like I speak English. I do, ok?!? It's just that I just joined, so I dont know where everything is yet, jeeez!!!! Please stop treating me like I can't speak English, thanks!
