I appreciate the many caring staff who have worked through this difficult time. We understood how difficult it was to deliver food daily to individual rooms and that quality would suffer. However, now that the dining room has reopened, i am hearing daily complaints that the food is almost always served cold and sometimes dry and inedible. Burnt ham was served for easter dinner that could not be eaten it was so tough. Your marketing sounds great but what you advertise is not what the residents experience daily. Please do better. We supplement moms food so she always has an alternative. Unfortunately, not everyone has this option. Would you want to eat a cold grilled cheese sandwich probably grilled hours before the meal and made with only one piece of cheese?
