I took my 328i in for 3 recall repairs. While it was in the shop someone damaged the AC/Heater fan. The BMW technician lied saying it was a preexisting condition and offered to fix what they had done at MY expense, I decided I will not be going back.

Several days later the service manager called and asked me to come back in in order to fix the problem. I went back in and the problem resolved to my satisfaction. The service manager did all he could to fix the problem, the unfortunate thing was that the original service representative did not do same things the first time I was there.
