Katie Goslin Review of Fashion angels

As a project at school, my fifth grade students wrote a persuasive business letter to a company about a product that was damaged or did not live up to expectations. One student wrote to this company about her hair chalk not working to her expectations. We received a package today that provided her with hair clips and colorful braiding materials, which I appreciated. What I did not appreciate was a small note at the bottom of the box that said:
"The repetition in your letter was pretty harsh,
Could have even been hurtful.
I'm sorry that Fashion Angels made you sooooo
Very upset. I hope these work out better for you.
PS, being nice makes it easier for people to respond
Nicely :-)"
It appears to have been printed off of a computer, and the top of the page cut off. I think this is highly unprofessional of a company, especially when it is known the letter has come from a child. I proofread the letter, and while it had 5 paragraphs with an opening, 3 reason paragraphs, and a closing, it was not harshly written. It was done by a fifth grader who is not the best writer.
I am very disappointed in the unprofessional way that a child was treated by this company.
