The hotel is under a new administration that instead of putting much desire and changing for the hotel image do the opposite, from the buttons that at the time of requesting information indicates that you do not know what you are asking to the staff that works in public areas that has the touch as delicate as a sandpaper. I know that the hotel can improve a lot and give a drastic positive change if they start by giving the staff a change in how the customer service should be. I hope they realize in time before it's too late.
