I was gifted this first class and wasn t sure what to expect.

The class was via Zoom. It felt intimate and peaceful. The teacher, Kiley ( I think...) was thoughtful and exercises were gentle, stretches do-able even for me!

The meditation portion of the class was excellent!

I m planning to sign up for more classes.
