Very bad customer service. My car has been at pep boys for a month and a half. I called several times. No answer. I talked to samantha and some other guy who told me that I need to talk to Kevin. Several attempts to talk to kevin. No return call from him. Finally i called surprisingly he was the one to answer the phone. I have waited patiently even until the end of our conversation when he told me in a nonchalant attitude
that he forgot about my car. Im paying for a rental out my pockets and for a car im not driving that you have they haven't even started on my carr.
