Crooks. I moved into a wheelchair friendly appartment, taking over a lease for someone else. They didn't take a deposit, as it was a little run down. At the end of my lease, they charged me for all the damages before I moved in. They seriously cheated someone in a wheelchair. The previous tennant had dogs, I didn't. They charged me for dog damage, after they acknowledged that it was too damaged for a deposit. If I had a lawyer, I would have sued them to the stone age. But since they prey on the poor, won't happen for a while. Stay away from this horrible company.
