HORRIBLE!!! I took my daughter to the emergency room around 2 in the morning. When we got to the window three of the most rudest employees just looked at me and my daughter. Didn't ask if the can help us or anything, just stared like they never saw women before. So I waited for my daughter while the Dr ran test. While I waited in the wait room one of those same females comes out and hit me on the shoulders and ask me was my name ashley. I said no but what i wanted to do was knock the hell out of her for waking me up. Then about 3:30 or 3:46 approx.10 employees come out and started moving the furniture, just moving furniture around. One witch was ordering everyone to do this so I assume she was the idiot that was in charge. So while they moving in still on my phone ignoring the stupids then the big bad red neck of security comes over and ask me am I waiting for the bus. I'm looking at him like REALLY YOU A-HOLE. so I asked him now why would I be waiting on a bus? The stupid fool couldn't even figure it out. It was 4 in the morning! So I told him I am waiting for my daughter and those b's over there know it. They saw me come in there with my daughter. So yeah at 4'oclock in the morning and I had no sleep, I had to check those rachet #@%& because they sent him over there knowing I was waiting for someone but because they wanted to get out of there early that were basically trying to put me out. But the laugh is on them because I will be speaking with the director in the morning about these rude idiots. I have heard horror stories about this hospital in the past but I know I will never give them a dime of my money and I'll never allow my daughter or anyone I know to go to this hell hole. I rather go to Parkland.
