This is my second year with this company, and my first, hassle free claim, I discovered my front suspension folks had snapped. I lodged a claim under accidental damage and about a week later it was settled and paid, all in only 3 emails, a refreshing change to my last claim with a different cycle insurer who refused to pay out when my bike was stolen, over a tiny technical detail... Shame on you cycleplan
