It is a value hotel and as they say, you get what you pay for. When we arrived to our room, the ottoman was badly stained, wet, and the room smelled of bleach. Gross! We had to move rooms. Alex, the housekeeping manager visited us in person and was very understanding and helpful with the situation. It's a budget hotel, but as long as you have reasonable expectations, it is a good value.
