Rusty was extremely helpful with us, he went out his way to make it to our home within 30mins to meet us. We needed photos to submit to our insurance company, he provided excellent service, and the pictures were of extreme quality and he made several marks on pictures to highlight the damaged areas. I would use John Moore services again and would recommend Rusty to all my friends and family.
