I have been a customer of Berliner Sparkasse for decades and have been advised by Mr. Poews for many years and enjoy a service that one has not been used to at banks for a long time.
Mr. Poews is very reliable, results-oriented and very customer service-oriented, and accommodating solutions are not uncommon.
All other employees in the advice center are also very friendly and present themselves as service providers. The result: The Berliner Sparkasse is Best in Class .
