As the title says the West London Novotel is a pleasant business hotel. I used to stay here often when I wanted to use my car when on business in London, in more recent years I have tended to use the train so stay in Central London.
The rooms at Hammersmith are better now than they were a few years ago but still needing a bit of care and updating. Nothing major, and everything was very clean.
My room was well equipped in terms of desk space and the TV and aircon were satisfactory.
Having a large car park is useful for when you need the car for flexibility, but the charges are quiet high to park, and the room rates are almost the same as Central London, so if travelling alone the train is possibly cheaper when you factor in fuel and the parking charge.
