I had to put down my 14 yr old Maltese who had a long history of gastrointestinal issues that took a turn for the worse. I was concerned that with the Covid-19 restrictions, I would not be able to be with my little girl if the decision to let her go needed to be made. Dr Levasseur and Vet Tech Rodriguez went above and beyond to make sure it was the best experience possible. My little girl passed away peacefully in my arms and we were all in our masks and able to stay within the Covid-19 protocols. Dr Levasseur did a thorough workup on my little girl and explained with great compassion and clarity what my options were. My experience was excellent. I rarely write reviews, but felt that if anyone is faced with an urgent care situation for their pet... Dr Levasseur and her staff need an honorable mention.
