Just walked into this office trying to get help with a rental place. The initial experience was great he showed us two properties in Hyde Park and I turned in the application for it and got the message from him others are interested in that property so if we may not get it and application fee is not refundable. So I asked him to find another property for me and my roommates and all I got was hopes and some listings and they can only be visited during the lunch hours which is pretty hard for someone with a full time job.
