we brought our cat here in an emergency right when...

we brought our cat here in an emergency right when we pulled up the forced us to pass the cat through the drivers side window mean while my poor cat was scared and CLENCHED to my leg and i was in the passengers seat... they then screamed at me saying We have to get him on ventilation which scared us... just to find out they thought he was a COMPLETE different cat arriving... they then screamed from the front door while we were parked asking if he was an outdoor cat..we tried to inform him yes he goes outside but didnt get to explain only to our outdoor screened patio ... to later then send out a nicer lady who asked again if he was an out door cat we got to explain more detail about him... overall horrible experience we ended up needing to put our poor cat down due to his health but their horrible customer service made this whole situation a million times worst... i felt bad leaving my cat in their arms.i dont post reviews EVER but after leaving this place ive never felt so uncomfortable about a pet service in my life.
