Horrible customer service. Post flood it has taken 14 phone calls and 4 visits to try to get our system repaired. They've lost paperwork, not followed up on scheduling, quoted pricing higher than the original quote multiple times, and today during final install tried to charge for 'needed' equipment changes because they did not check wiring when they came out and worked on wiring months ago. Working with them has been convoluted with too many changes and upsell/upcharge attempts. We are switching to use a different company.
