The last two weeks have been a new obstacle to overcome in my career. I put a lot more effort than usual, and with the support of my managers I have now reached my first promotion. It's a great feeling as it didn't involve any politics, favoritism or any other mean that would discriminate my peers. It's all due to merit and hard work.
