I really like this store and I am also a very loyal customer
However today there was a cashier (Lea) who was particularly rude and who barked on my daughter rather than talking to her. I asked her if she could be polite with my daughter and that she didn't have to speak to her like that and instead of apologizing she simply replied that she was tired of telling clients all the day to pass the articles one after the other on his case and not all at the same time! no excuse it is well camped on its positions.. shame because it does not reflect at all the image of the store where all the advisers in the shelves are very nice and available.
