Small company that would like to be recognized without being proven. Services after non-existent sales, design / amateur design, respect a farce, questionable business sense, questionable quality / efficiency. I own a plant that had 2 units of Norcan installed before I owned it. When I tried to contact them several times, they invited me to their offices to ask me to pay a 10-15 year old bill with the previous owner (a few thousand dollars). I found from the beginning that there was a lack of total professionalism. They showed me their shop, which did not impress me at all, having seen several other windmills and machining and assembly shops all over the world.

I can NOT recommend these for any services. I would even say to be wary of them. I have since found several good workshops to help me with any question and who knows the mechanics. Many have mentioned to me that part of their market is repairing Norcan turbines, where producers like me are left to their own devices.
