Skeptical at first but addressed all my concerns. Very professional. From the salesperson to the installers, I was very impressed by their attempt to do a quality job. Had the system for several months now and though it seemed like a lot of money, I have come to the conclusion that I received my moneys worth. No issues at all and a dry basement. Needs to be more companies like Tarheel !
