We hired Climatech to install our mini-split syste...

We hired Climatech to install our mini-split system. 9 months later in late February/early March of 2020 we contact them to do a yearly 'maintenance' and are told we have to wait until the cold weather regulates to at least 65* for average daytime high's.. We do and call in early May. Then? We're told they'll call us the following week. NO CALL so by the end of THAT week we call and leave a message. The following week ( Monday/Tuesday ) no return call. So we send text to one of the businesses principal- who sold the system to begin with. He seems perturbed we have his phone number. Tells us to call 'other' number. We do, leave message. Finally, a call back ( message ) that they'd had 2 people get injured and were short of people to do maintenance. O.K...
Then, going into end of 3rd week, maintenance IS schedule ( more or less ) but date/time changes no less than 4 times ( including twice on the day it was finally scheduled for ). Since maintenance, we have had ( for the first time- water dripping from INSIDE that we had to put a bucket under and tape plastic to keep wall & furniture and carpet from getting ruined. We've had a 'total runaround' for the last 10 days now and will hire another company who's close by to inspect their 'maintenance' and TAKE CARE of any potential issues. We will NOT recommend nor use Climatech again. Oh, and the maintenance fee which we were originally told was about $275.00 was way higher that that. Seems they charge to 'travel'..Unbelievable.. Plus they showed up 90+ minutes after calling to say they were 'on their way'a little before lunch-time. Perhaps they charge for the lunch hour too????
