Abysmal customer support. Had a missing piece in my order, I provided the requested information several times but their agents are updating the ticket with "reminders" asking for it again literally RIGHT ABOVE the information being requested. Every time I call I'm told some one will call me back but no one ever does. Going in day 15 with no real support.
