The Lamest Customer Service Ever

Never thought I would write this about Rockauto. Trouble started when I ordered parts and later checked the tracking. The trouble is that the shipment is going to Florida, I'm in NJ. I called FedEx but their policy is that only the shipper can reroute the package. No prob, right? Unfortunately, no such way the Rockauto CSR, Jason, would do that. The package was in Kansas, enroute to FL, but like I said the CSR refused to help, blaming me for inputting a wrong address.

Hint - the shipping confirmation does not say where the package is going.
