The delivery person brought the item to the ground...

The delivery person brought the item to the ground floor of the building only. Not delivered to the 3 rd floor. And when insisted on doorstep delivery, demanded Rs 200 as extra money for it.

Upon further insistence he totally refused and threatened to take the item back to the office without deliverance. He began to misbehave and created a scene.

Delivery item was brought from Delhi to Aligarh.
