The only reason I gave one star is because I can't submit it without a rating. The only positive I have to say about this company is the technician who has been out the most has been very helpful. They are never on time and they have had to return six times to fix one issue. It seems as if their scheduling department doesn't talk to their technicians to clarify what the job actually entails. The first technician that came to the house was very nice and explained that the fix would be a two person job. When the reschedule came out there was only one guy and he didn't have the part because he was told the issue was one thing when it was something completely different. So, he went to Home Depot to get the part and allegedly fixed our plumbing issue.....but low and behold the next morning we still had a leak. We have had to miss numerous hours of work just for them to cancel or not show up at all. Once the leak was actually fixed we haven't had another issue with the leaking. However, we went to have the drywall patched and the pipe they installed dropped below the ceiling so we still have hole in our ceiling. Technician called and said they would be at our house by 7 p.m. and of course is late and hasn't called to explain why. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY ELSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
