Awful, horrible! Booked two rooms, non- smoking. Both rooms' comforters had cigarette holes. Bath tub had stains, rooms were in need of desperate repair. Neither television worked, nor did the Wi-Fi. I was traveling with my children and the surroundings did not make us feel safe.
Staff was nice, and apparently aware of the problems and have reported them to management...Nothing done. I called the corporate office and was offered a free stay in another location...
No, thank you... first and last time staying at a Red Roof Inn...
