We have been working on a dispute on the fees that were assessed on our account. After following up a few times, it took Bill Gutridge a month to respond to an email - shows his lack of professionalism and competence. Communication has been very rude and no clarification has been provided on unbacked accusations. So far, we are still waiting for a response to the email that we sent on 12/09/17.
If possible, stay away from this company.
