The good. The bad. The ugly.

The good. The bad. The ugly.
We stayed one night in the bunkhouse and rented a fishing pontoon. We had a great experience upon arrival. Got our pontoon right away and it was perfect for our needs. The staff that set us up and both knowledgeable and helpful.
A big rainstorm rolled in and we returned the pontoon in the later afternoon (a couple hours early). Our bunkhouse was ready for us but they disnt have a key for us to get in. We waited for over 45 minutes to get the key. I'm not sure what the issue was with the key, but staff communication was insufficient and we did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling from them.
The bunkhouse was up to our expectations but had the most uncomfortable and the sqeakiest beds ever. Upon check out staff said "Ok. That's all we need." No thanks or how was it.
