My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Daniel...

My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Daniel Ferreyra on Sunday, and had a rather lackluster experience. We couldn't finish the financing on Sunday and had to come back to finish it on Monday night after work. We were also supposed to have detailing, and paint and scuffs buffed out while we were finishing the financing on Monday, only to find out AFTER we had signed all the paperwork for ownership that the person who does the paintwork had already left for the day. My wife took a personal day from work and brought it back for the paint issues the next day (Tuesday). So in total, we were there for a total of 7.5 hours over Sunday and Monday and 1.5 hours on Tuesday for them to do virtually nothing but sell us a car with body defects. My wife said she got in the car after it was supposedly buffed and painted and it was still hot inside, and also was in the same exact spot where she saw him drive it to, to get this done. I called Daniel and told him nothing was fixed on it, and he had also said he took it for a test drive and plugged it in to test the transmission and get codes, which I had asked for in the morning prior to our appt. Don t see how he drove it with no AC on when it s 90 degrees outside. Lies...

We test drove two cars, and I constantly reiterated what I was looking for on a monthly price. Big mistake! When the price was too high per month on the first one, which I'm sure he knew because I gave him the dollar figure at least six times in a matter of 30 minutes, and therefore he already knew it was way out of our budget, he already had a second car a year older in the parking lot with paperwork already written up. Shady as Hell looking back at it now. We also did a trade-in and he mangled our license plate getting it off of our old car too, so it looks like s*** on the car we just purchased, which we are supposed to be happy about. Scratches, paint chipping, and a bent up license plate for the small total of $13,000. Having enough stress in my life already, this experience honestly made matters way worse. The best part was the plethora of drinks and snacks he had on hand and wouldn't stop offering to hide the lies and lack of keeping his word. Having worked in Sales for a long time, the guy obviously over booked his prospective customer base, and it showed in half-a**ing one customer to help the other, which is very greedy and extremely unprofessional, and as a result, created two p*ssed off individuals who will never EVEN PASS Sundance on our way to Grand Ledge EVER AGAIN.
