So I got a dollar bank credit to finance through a company to get a furnace. After I paid the the amount off on time. Few months later a fraudulent charge was made. I refuted right away. So I didn't pay the bill. I was told it would be on a freeze. But I kept getting a bill. So when I called costumer service.. I come
to found out my balance has gone to collections and I don't know what agency I have to go to. If I would have known that would have happen. I would have paid. So when asking when on the phone for 2 hours trying to find out what collection agency has it. They hang up on me. All over a 46.09. I recommend No one to use this bank in any capacity. I'm still at a lose what to do.
