The check in staff were very helpful and cannot be faulted. The the room itself was a good size and the amenities were generally good. It was the little things that niggled. The bed was on coasters and it kept moving from the wall. We felt like we were going for a ride! We ordered room service. It was a very busy time for the restaurant and the wait was reasonable under the circumstances. But my meal was lukewarm at best. No fault with the staff who were uniformly polite, efficient and friendly. And the brown colored bath rove. yeeks! These are small niggles. We were happy to pay for the convenience of the location of the hotel, its quietness and size of the room. If the small things were corrected this would be without doubt the best airport hotel in Europe.
