I called to see if they can work on my new carrier...

I called to see if they can work on my new carrier mini split /multi zone unit..
They said (we can replace it but not fix it)
Wow thats really funny.
Why the hell would i let them replace something that snot 2 yr old and even if it was broke down Why would i let them replace something that cant fix??
