This is the most well maintained business property in this community.

Parking is an issue at the daycare.
Cars are double and triple parked in this community on Anacostia Ave., N.E. There are residents from the senior building and townhomes who park in the parking spaces too.

There is on occasion buses idling for more than ten minutes and constant arguments with drivers who are blocked in parking spaces, who are trying to leave.

NEVAL THOMAS
This business property has shown some improvement in the upkeep of the outside appearance of the property. The sewer in the front of the school needs to be cleaned by removing the leaves and trash.

CESAR CHAVEZ
This business property was so poorly maintained last year, I don't walk on that side of the property anymore. Too much trash, litter, and broken glass.
Heard there was a bomb threat at the school on 11/14/2018!

UNITY HEALTH CARE PARKSIDE
This business really needs cleaning on the outside! Too much trash, dirty stained concrete, down tree limbs, and inoperable handicap door.

METRO TOWNHOMES
This is another area that has a lot of litter in yards, sidewalk, street, and curbs. The landscapers don't pick up and dispose of the trash.

VICTORY SQUARE SENIOR APTS
This is the least cared about business property in this new development community.

From the outside the landscape is not maintained, mainly due to the trees that have turned brown and leaning over blocking the sidewalk; nasty water stains on the facade; black strained retainer walls; dirty windows; dirty old window caulking; and a weekly overfilled trash dumpster.

The outside is plagued with mosquitoes, flies, gnats, and bees, every summer. In the fall, the large tree shed its leaves on the property as well as the homeowners property. I do believe that they are not happy with this!

The inside is much worse, with water and air intrusions; cracks in floors, walls and ceilings; plumbing and electrical issues; leaking windows; drafty rooms; and a lack of heat. There has been issues with bug infestation, MOLD AND MILDEW, Second Hand Tobacco Smoke, odors from urine, feces, and chemical products. Just to name a few! THE CONDITION ARE UNBELIEVABLE!

LOTUS SQUARE
The outside of the property is normally well maintained from what I have seen. Inside, there are large stains in carpet on 2nd floor and damaged door frame with a not so secured looking lock.
