I purchased over $10K in Specialized bikes and now...

I purchased over $10K in Specialized bikes and now they won't even honor their customer service and won't even give me information on parts compatability or anything.

I feel like I was robbed since I paid a premium for a bike from a supposedly good company with good service. Instead I have no service or customer support at all. Total BS
