If I could give no starrs I would! Drop my husband off at the ER ON 10\07\2020 my husband called me and said come back I'm allowed one person with me. I came right back up got my temp checked was given a ED VISITOR BAND and let back. They then put him in a make shift waiting area and I sat with him for more then an hour. Once they took him to MRI the most rudest charge RN walked up and told me I needed to either leave or wait outside when I tried to explain to her that I was told to wait for my husband she began to get very loud and said no you need to leave. While I told her its kinda of a joke and they really need to get everyone one the same page. I noticed a family sitting there. And she stated well both parents are being seen so they kids were allowed to stay. If there is a no visitors allowed then they should not be allowed to stay either. So as I sit out waiting for my husband to get done with his test. I feel I need to write this review so others are aware that they pick and choose who can and can not stay with patients. I honestly can say I will drive the extra miles to a different hospital after the way this rude staff member talked to me.
