As a business owner I am utterly disgusted in how Google treats its paying customers. I reported a 1 star review to Google last week which you can clearly see is not true and factual and upon reporting this I had an agent contact me who was rude condescending and arrogant. I have been told that there is nothing wrong with the review even though there are no details for the apparent user. I find it very hard to believe this is true considering I have never been left a review of such a low rating before anywhere and Google has the hide to tell me that this review is fine and that they can not see anything wrong with it. Well I guess I shall go and spend my advertising dollar else where as I am not giving google one more cent of my money as you do not verify these reviews first and this can damage a business. Google I think you should review your policy on people leaving reviews because the way you allow anyone to leave a fake review about a business is disgraceful. This is slander.
