It is located in a quiet place about 10 minutes on foot from the Keebo station on the subway. Immediately behind, Lake Biwa canal is flowing, there are plenty of places to see, such as the ink line of the riser and the Lake Biwa Canal Recycle Museum, Nanzenji and Mizuokaku. The inside of the zoo is not wide, but I was not particularly dissatisfied. Although I think that it is not tiring even if I go with my family, I do not know whether I go by car and have a parking lot. There was a bicycle parking lot.
It is a quiet and compact zoo.
